Pandemic Boy instructions:
Use Arrow keys or W, A, S, D to move your character.
Z: Cough
X: Coconut
C: Vomit
ESC to open the menu and pause
H for help

How to play:
Click on a person to infect them, once you do that you take control of that character and move him around with the arrow keys. You only have a set amount of burping, coughing, and coconuts. You have to buy more burping, coughing, coconuts in between each level. The trick is to attack people that are close
