1. Every time I enter VPST I check those portals I didn't submit games yet but there are some of them which I skipped (because they are in Finnish :D or they have upload system which is not working ok with my firewall) and I didn't want to put error marker as it is not portal fault. Leaving them as not-submitted causes me to check them every time I log in. Propably field with short comment would solve that (or another colour - white - to mark 'skipped' portals)
